About Us
As the Sports Coordinatorship, we support the academic lives of students with sports activities. We shape the campus environment in line with the vision of "Healthy Campus" in order to develop healthy living habits and encourage physical activity.
We aim to contribute to students becoming healthy individuals by making sports and exercise a part of their lives. In this direction, we offer opportunities to develop team spirit, increase their representation skills and self-confidence, and support them to be successful in their professional lives.

Ekofit Fitness Center
IUE Ekofit Fitness Center provides free service to IUE students and employees who want to benefit from sports opportunities with a total of 720 square meters with a gym area with equipment, 3 halls for group classes and 1 dance hall.
In the fitness center, there are 2 fully functional treadmills with usb and iPod features, 4 cardio equipment with various features, 13 weight stations and various free equipment. Ekofit also offers group classes such as Yoga, Pilates* and Full Body Training **. There are 3 halls for group classes inside the center. After the registration process, you can enter the center with the appointment you make.
Yoga & Pilates: Helps the body regain its natural posture and correct joint injuries. It also improves your body capacity by working the muscles around the waist and lower back.
Full Body Training: Increases one's cardiovascular capacity and strength over time while burning fat with body weight and auxiliary equipment.
