The Stage Overflowed with Art at the IUE Theater Festival
The 3rd Theater Festival at Izmir University of Economics once again welcomed theater groups from various universities for five days of performances. Instead of admission tickets, attendees donated books at the entrance.
The plays, which received high praise from the audience, left a strong mark on the festival. As part of a social responsibility project carried out in collaboration with the Konak District Directorate of National Education, hundreds of books were collected under the slogan “Books Instead of Tickets.” These books were donated to public schools, while students earned praise for blending art with solidarity.
